Return & Refund Policy

At cuprazo, we aim to make the return process simple and transparent. Please review the policy below before submitting a return request.

Return Window

Returns are accepted within 30 calendar days from the date your order is delivered.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused and in its original condition.
  • Include the original packaging and all accessories.
  • Have all original labels attached.
  • Show no visible signs of wear, damage, or misuse.

Requests submitted after 30 calendar days may not be accepted unless required by applicable law.

During certain holiday periods, such as Christmas, we may temporarily extend the return period. Any extension will be announced on our website before it becomes effective.

Eligible Returns

We accept returns for the following situations:

  • The product arrived damaged during shipping.
  • The product has a manufacturing defect.
  • You received the wrong item.
  • You changed your mind and the product is still in new, unused condition.

Return Shipping Responsibility

The party responsible for return shipping depends on the reason for the return.

  • Product quality issues (including manufacturing defects, shipping damage, or incorrect items): cuprazo will cover the return shipping cost and provide a prepaid return label when applicable.
  • No product quality issue (including buyer's remorse): The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

We do not charge any return handling fees or restocking fees for approved returns.

Non-Returnable Items

Returns cannot be accepted if:

  • The item has been used or damaged after delivery.
  • Original packaging, accessories, or labels are missing.
  • The item has been altered or damaged due to improper use.
  • The return request is made after the applicable return period.

How to Start a Return

To request a return:

  1. Contact our customer support within 30 calendar days of delivery.
  2. Provide your order number and the reason for the return. If the item is damaged or defective, please include clear photos.
  3. After your request is approved, we will provide return instructions. If the return qualifies for seller-paid shipping, a prepaid return label will be provided.
  4. Ship the package to the approved return address below.
  5. After the returned item is received and inspected, your return will be processed.

Returns sent to any other address, including the factory address, cannot be processed. Please do not return any item without receiving return instructions first.

Return Processing

After the returned package arrives at our return facility, it will be inspected and processed within 3–5 calendar days.

Refunds

Once your return has been approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days after approval. Depending on your payment provider, the funds may take additional time to appear in your account.

If the returned item does not meet the eligibility requirements described in this policy, the refund request may be declined.

Exchanges

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, you may request a replacement, subject to product availability.
