Order Processing
All orders are processed from our U.S. warehouse.
- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully confirmed.
- Orders placed before 4:00 PM PT (Monday–Friday) will generally begin processing on the same business day.
- Orders placed after 4:00 PM PT will be processed on the next business day.
- Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday, or U.S. public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- During periods of unusually high order volume, processing may take slightly longer. If a significant delay occurs, we will contact you using the email address provided with your order.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship only within the continental United States.

Areas We Do Not Ship To
We do not currently offer shipping to:
- Alaska
- Hawaii
- Puerto Rico
- U.S. Virgin Islands
- Guam
- American Samoa
- Northern Mariana Islands
- U.S. Minor Outlying Islands
- APO/FPO/DPO military addresses
- Any location outside the United States
At this time, we do not provide international shipping.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Time
Orders are shipped directly from our U.S. warehouse.
Estimated delivery time for the continental United States:

The estimated delivery time includes both order processing and transit time.
Please note that delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Shipping may be delayed due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:

- Transportation disruptions
- Flight or logistics delays
Shipping Rates
Shipping charges are calculated based on the order subtotal before taxes.

Free shipping is available only for orders delivered to the continental United States. It does not apply to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S. territories, or military addresses, as these locations are not currently serviceable.

Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to become active after the carrier receives your package.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before submitting your order.
Incorrect or incomplete address information may result in shipping delays, failed delivery attempts, additional shipping charges, or returned packages. cuprazo is not responsible for delays or losses caused by inaccurate shipping information provided during checkout.
If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to update your information before the order ships, but we cannot guarantee changes once processing has begun.
